LIFESTYLE을 위한 코워킹 스페이스 TEAM TOWN

주택과 노후 공장들이 카페 혹은 예술가들을 위한 문화 공간들로 개조되었고,

예술인, 디자이너, 연예인, 문화콘텐츠 창작자, 힙스터들이 성수동을 주목하며 모이기 시작했습니다.

함께 섞이기 힘든 다양한 산업과 계층의 사람들이 모이면서, 성수동은 <레트로와 미래>, <럭셔리와 키치> 등 서로 상반되는 성격의 특성들이 어우러진 성수동만의 독특한 분위기를 만들어가고 있으며 서울의 대표적인 문화 생산과 소비의 중심지입니다.

팀타운은 이런 서로 다른 '개성' 개체들이 모여 '새로움'을 '포용'함으로써 서로 장점을 '공유'하며 '협력'함으로써 모두의 '성숙'을 이끌어 내는 새로운 도시 방정식을 작성하는 것을 그 핵심 가치로 합니다.팀타운이 작성할 이 새로운 도시방정식을 위해 공유오피스라는 공간을 일만을 위한 공간이 아닌 팀들간 따뜻한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어져 마치 하나의 마을과 같이 친근하고 활기찬 커뮤니티가 될 수 있도록 팀타운 임직원은 노력하겠습니다.
